All products and services sold by Sri Ganapathy Silks are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch: We dispatch all domestic orders on the same day the order is placed.

  • Delivery Timeline: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days.

  • International: We use DHL Express for global shipping. Transit times are calculated at checkout.

  • Special Requests: If you need a delivery by a specific date, please contact our customer care numbers immediately after ordering.

Exchange-Only Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to facilitate an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  1. Size Exchange: If the garment/product does not fit as expected.

  2. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for a different design or a different product of equal or higher value.

  3. Defective/Damaged: In the rare event that the product received is damaged or defective.

  4. Incorrect Item: If the product received is different from what was ordered (color, design, or quality discrepancy).


Exchange Terms & Costs

  • Reverse Shipping Fee: For all exchanges (including size and product changes), the customer has to request exchange and our delivery partner will collect the product from you

  • Condition: Products must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all price tags and labels intact.

  • International Orders: Currently, we do not process exchanges or returns for international orders.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  3. Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup
